Faq
How do we get to Klarälvens Camping?
Klarälvens Camping is located at the junction road E45/62. You can find directions here.
Are there sheets in the cabin?
You bring your own sheets or rent them from us. In “Ekonomi”- and “Standard” cabins, sleeping bags are not permitted.
Do we have to clean the cabin?
If you do not add final cleaning to your booking, you clean yourself before departure. In the cabin there are instructions on what we expect from a cleaning. You will find cleaning equipment in the cabin.
Can we bring the dog to Klarälvens Camping?
Dogs are welcome to Klarälvens Camping. The dog must be leashed in the area and consideration must be shown for other guests and staff at Klarälvens Camping.
Is there food at the campsite?
Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant or café at Klarälvens Camping. About 300 m from the campsite you will find Mac45, a gas station with fast food and lunch specials. Feel free to ask us at the reception for additional suggestions for restaurants and cafés a little further away.
When is check in/check out?
On the day of arrival, you have access to the cabin/campsite from 3 p.m. unless otherwise agreed. On the day of departure, you return the key by 11 a.m. at the latest.
Can you charge the car at the campsite?
Unfortunately, we do not have a charging station at Klarälvens Camping. You can charge the car approx. 300 m from the campsite at the road E45/62 junction.
What can you do at the campsite?
Klarälvens Camping is located next to the river Klarälven, where you can go for a swim. In the area we have a wood-heated sauna that you can rent, as well as a playground and plenty of space for play and games. When the reception is open, you also have access to the assembly room where there is a TV. There are several fireplaces in the area, feel free to ask us for a grill to borrow. You can fish in the river Klarälven or in the lake right next to the campsite (Put and take). Note! Fishing license required. Of course, you can also book one of our activities subject to availability. Ask at reception for timber raft trips, canoe trips or beaver safari.
Activities at Klarälvens Camping
TIMMERFLOTTE 1 DAG
En dag, det brukar de flesta ha tid med, men ha i åtanke att det är en riktigt tuff och upplevelserik dag, där ni både bygger, åker och river er timmerflotte. Man brukar behöva hela dagen. De flesta är inte iland förrän kvällen gör sig påmind. Ta med rejält med mat för hela dagen/kvällen och ett ombyte med kläder. Sträckan ni åker är ca 10 km och strömmen i Klarälven för er framåt. Ni hinner få en smak av den unika timmerflottfärden.
BÄVERSAFARI
Under ett antal sommarkvällar kan ni göra en fin tur i kanot eller gummibåt (beroende på hur många ni är) på den lugnt strömmande Klarälven. Ni är mitt i naturens centrum när skymningen sänker sig och samtidigt håller ni ögonen öppna för att om möjligt få syn på bävern.

Vill ni se landskapet ur vattnets perspektiv? Har ni alltid drömt om att försöka paddla kanot? Vill ni vara bortkopplade en liten stund mitt i vardagen? Hyr en kanot och testa ett av våra förslag på vattendrag och rutt. Ni kan paddla fram och tillbaka eller välja att bli transporterade i ena riktningen.
